Death by anorexia ?

I'm not talking about starving to death. But I hear stories of people who had anorexia who died in their sleep. Something to do with the heart…

It just got me thinking because I have to wait around a year before CTB, I been starving myself to cope. Because starving makes me feel good.

And I've lost a lot of weight, but it got me thinking could this be a slow burn method or no?

I mean, theoretically, yes, you can die from the organ damage caused by anorexia. But generally, to get to that point, it takes a long, LONG time, like literal years of on-and-off extreme starvation. People's hearts stopping after just one cycle of starvtion (especially if you don't reach an insanely low BMI) is exceptionally rare. The human body is shockingly resilient and can survive even at "deathly" weights for long periods of time before giving out.

So unless you're in it for the long haul, and also don't crack and start binging........ I'd say no,,

I haven't eaten in over a week, just to be prepared for battle nothing hurts and I stay inside after work because they're watching me. It sucks, but what we can do is prepare.

Not a method. It could go on for decades.

People live with even extreme anorexia for decades. If you have a year to wait until you kill yourself you are not going to die from an eating disorder before then.
