My N arrived today. It took 4 days via private courier. When I saw it I immediately started shaking and broke out in a cold sweat. It was sketchy because my dad was home from work first and I walked by him with the package and he asked me what I had ordered. Everything seems very real now.

I can only imagine that feeling, did you get your antiemtics? Where do you live? Wow 4 days that is quick. Are you going to wait or just go ahead? I have thought of that moment and i think the relief i would have having it in my hands may make me want to carry on a bit and try to enjoy things now that it's all in my control.

I am hoping that is the case, i think it just means less fear in trying cause if you fck up things you have a safety net that most of us don't have otherwise.

Once I obtain the meto I'm going to test for any reactions with a dry run this will determine if I do 48h or stat dose method

Heading home i am not too sure of your story, but yesterday you made a similar comment to me that i should feel lucky i can walk. You are right i should and i do. But if a person has found themselves in a place where they cannot continue further, telling people they should just be happy for what they have isn't very helpful. We are here for our own reasons and you only have insight into one comment. if the answer were that easy believe me i would take it and not be plotting these things at all. No one actively chooses this if there are other feasible options. I am truly sorry for what has brought anyone here, i know how much a person must suffer to land here.

I don't even know what bitcoin is and I'm so depressed and anxious that it keeps me from doing the proper research. So horrid when your illness even gets in the way of trying to cab properly. But I refuse to have a failed attempt or at least wish to minimize the chances
