Help Dealing with heartbreak

I am struggling so hard to just move on from my partner, i still want to talk to them everyday i still want to hangout with them, but they are so fucking cold and it hurts so much I don't know what to do, or how to get over them, I just want to stop hurting.

My partner left me just before Thanksgiving. I miss him so much it hurts. I've struggled to sleep for days because it's too lonely. I wish I knew when he walked out that door that I'd never see him again. I would have jumped out of bed to give him hugs and kisses before he left, but instead all I saw was him leave.
