Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Method questions that I have :

1. PPeH's DDMAPh method (as a cardiac switch) calls for digoxin 100mg, Amitriptalyne 8g (I would take10g), diazepam 1g (I would take the equivalent 100mg of clonopin, in a form of 200 tables); Additionally, it calls for 15g of morphine and 5g of phenobarbital, neither of which I have.
Is the above sufficient, do we think? Or are M and Ph essential, and this ctb can not work without them? Could I use more of clonopin to substitute for M and Ph?

2. This will be a lot of pills: 400+200+130=730. All supposedly water soluble, but is this practically drinkable?

3. Does my daily use of ppi interfere with this at all? I'm thinking not.
4. As for my daily (lunchtime) use of miralax, which pulls water out of the gut- is it enough to skip it just on that day, or should I skip it for a few days prior?

Thx so much All!!

so don't necessarily quote me on this, and this is not advice in any way, shape, or form.

from my read of that protocol, the morphine and phenobarbital serve as "insurance" with a fail safe mechanism to ensure a rapid and certain death. it probably also masks any extreme pain symptoms to any observers.

however, those two drugs also are powerful respiratory and cns depressants, and absolutely play their role in the protocol. the pheno is an extremely powerful fail safe, and the morphine would knock a person the fuck out and remove the distress of the cardiotoxic effects of the other drugs. without them, you might feel the kind of chaotic effect the other stuff (especially the amitriptyline) would have on your heart and freak out.

without the sedation, the other drugs together would probably be painful and terrifying. your heart will essentially die while you're conscious: you'll feel the beats becoming erratic, the chest pain, the weakness, and it's likely to cause seizures and air hunger (the term for when you experience the distress of not feeling like you can get enough air).

tl;dr required? probably not strictly, but they're definitely there for it to be peaceful (and as a backup plan if the other stuff fails).
