I know cutting yourself is not a great way to ctb and can be almost impossible. But if I were to use this method what is The best way to ctb from this method?

Hot bath, sharp blade, blood thinners, researched where to cut, etc. But don't do it. You will be in a lot of pain for who knows how long, and the odds are very much against you if you want to succeed. If you can get your hands on a rope and a place you won't be disturbed for a while, I'd say go with hanging. Unless there's a method that you would rather go with instead (just not cutting!).
