Help Cut to styro (infections risk?)

I everybody, I recently made a post talking about how I was trying my new blades, they are intimidatingly sharp and I ended up learning what styro looks like, it was two spots, one showed more white but bled less while the other I could see the split but it wouldn't stop bleeding for a while.
They are only small! Like a couple of CMs I think... But I was worried about infection, I have put bandaids on them for the night, but should I do anything else?

I'm no doctor but I've been cutting for years and never had an infection and bandaids have suited me just fine. As long as you wash them out, cover them, and change the coverings every day or so you should be fine. If you have any that are gaping a lot get some steri strips so you can pinch them closed. Hope you're ok.
