Unfortunately I don't know much about your method so I can't help you with that but I hope everything works out for you but I'm actually kinda interested if you're doing this sober or take something before it. I'm getting ready to go to the spot, it's also really cold outside which makes it more uncomfortable but it's ok I think.

I'm doing it sober. I took 4 Atarax but it did nothing. I feel really bad right now, I'm pretty sure that I'll suffer a lot during my last moment, this thought doesn't help at all. I'll still force myself to do it, hoping that I won't :/

Yeah I'm always wondering if sober or taking something is better bc I'm looking for methods rn idk when I do it but I think it'll take a while since I have to complete something here but Ig after that there's also nothing left for me here. The only question is how long that something will take. I'd really love to do something that would make you feel better but idk if I really can. I'll just stay here and accompany you so you maybe calm down a tiny bit

I'm there, I'm setting things up. The anxiety decreased (cool). I also preprogramed (2h after) a phone message to first responders so nobody has to see my body the next day.
