CTB that causes brain death but keeps heart going?

I want to hopefully be able to donate my organs to someone that is suffering and in need. I do not want to use a gun. Anyone have any thoughts on process that would allow this?

ctb is hard enough and trying to die in the way you describe on your own seems impossible.

The best option is probably to kill yourself in the waiting room of a hospital, so they will harvest your organs before they are irremediably damaged.
Pick a non-destructive method. Prepare a suicide note explaining your intentions.
