If you're writing words like you just did in your last posting in this thread, you're not a vegetable. Those charcoals looked right in the picture you posted as far as red-hot, except for a couple that still look black, but don't look anywhere near enough amount.

How are you now?

i'm fine, immediately after and for like 30 minutes i was kinda slurring my words, i almost sounded drunk but i think it's cause the sleeping pills were starting to kick in, because when i i stopped feeling tired the slurring went away. i feel perfectly fine this morning. i was burning 6lb 9.2 oz of charcoal in my car, its 2.1 cubic meters in the interior. should i bring another pot next time? i'm going to try again prob tonight or tomorrow night

If it were me, I would. The pot you have sure doesn't look like 6 lbs, but I'm not doubting you. 2.1 cu meters? What kind of vehicle is this with such a small size?
You have so much messages
No. Just been here too freaking long. Plenty have more posts than me.

it's a mini cooper coupe S, if you go under my "My plan Tonight" post you'll see the information. the pot was 10 inches wide 5 inches deep. the pot weighs 2 lbs 15.6 oz and when i weighed it full of charcoal it was 8 lbs 6.3 oz. actually i'll just attach the photos here. i weighed it out and everything

Yeah, that is a little freaker, isn't it? It shouldn't take much in that car. Well, long as it's not leaking a bunch.

thank you!! it certainly would've knocked me out in like 30 seconds had i brought the charcoals in earlier but i was under the impression that you had to wait for the flame to die completely… then i realized thats not the case so i brought them in when the entire top layer had already ashes. certainly worked after about a minute and a half, if i never left that car i'd prob be dead by now

I think our definition of "flame" is different. I consider flaming how it looks when charcoal is first lit - like large, "dancing", moving flames of orange. Then the flames start to die down and the charcoal starts getting the "glow" that is orange-y and red, when the burning starts sustaining itself, usually when the smoke ceases. That's when to move them into the space. I guess you need to be pretty careful where you put them in the car so as not to start a fire, huh? You don't have a lot of room in there. Was it really hot when you were in there?

yea, at first i was going to put the hot coals in the front passenger side but i realized there was still a really small fire inside the pot. Small, but still didn't want to risk it melting my glovebox or something. So i moved it to the back seat. it was hot, but it was more stuffy than hot. like, when you drive your car without AC. I was nervous at first i stayed by the back window to watch how the flame coals progressed. i let it run inside for about 20 min inside
