So, my last post was in prep for a 48 SN regime, but unfortunately I had to abort it because after the 5th dose of Meto (around 4pm on the second day) the side effects from the Meto were becoming too difficult to manage.
My fatigue from the first day was joined by weakness, restlessness, and shaky hands. Later when I was off the Meto schedule and trying to sleep it off I also was really hot and couldn't sleep because I was also nauseous (which I am still a bit now).
I am telling people this in case they are considering the 48 hour, the side effects from that drug can be a lot to manage. For me it was to a point I wasn't able to wrap up my final tasks or confidently measure out SN. So please keep that in mind if you plan on doing the 48 hour regime as it is possible (and I was glad I at least tested a dose or two so I know what the effects are for when I am taking the SN) but it can make the last hours more difficult than expected.
So with that in mind, I am switching to taking the stat dose tonight/early morning as most commonly seen on this site.
1) I am fasting for 9-10 hours before SN
2) I am dry fasting for 3 hours before SN
3) Due to my expected side effects from the Meto I am mixing the SN a bit earlier
The plan will look like as follows:
1:00 am - 600mg of Ibuprofen (within recommended dosage)
1:15 am - 30mg of Metoclopromide
1:20 am - Blood Test for SN
1:30 am - Double Dose of Milk of Magnesia
1:50 am - Mix SN (cover with lid afterward)
2:00 am - SN Drink (20gm of SN in 50ml of Water)
I intend to take a second dose if I throw up (which I am expecting considering my current physical state) because I am willing to give this a fair shot. If you haven't read any of my stuff before or haven't seen me in the chatroom, I have been attempting for years and I am really ready to go. Life circumstances are also presenting tonight as a necessary exit point for my life.
If you are wanting to see how it unfolds, I am planning on making a goodbye thread in my final hour and hanging out in the chat as well.
I wish the best for all of you out there and hope we can all find the peace we seek for our lives.
