I really wish there are easy ways to just instantly be free from this existence in peace, it certainly would be such a relief if suicide is that straightforward. But anyway best wishes, I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.

I'm so sorry for your situtation, the only methods that come to mind are jumping from heights, getting hit by a train and depending of your location; hypothermia.
But i would highly advice you to wait and propely plan a little bit less painless and more comfortable method.
