It'd be a challenge to do a partial in a car: I can't see how to secure a rope/belt.
A ratchet strap would work, or the bbq/CO method.

I saw two pics on suicide wiki of people who "hanged" themselves in their cars. I have no idea how they did it but they were successful. Not sure if the one guy used a ratchet strap or something.Similar threads
