Do you think it is possible partial suspension in the car. If not how can ctb there??

Never heard of that op. I've heard about bbq thing placed inside the car.

It'd be a challenge to do a partial in a car: I can't see how to secure a rope/belt.
A ratchet strap would work, or the bbq/CO method.

I saw two pics on suicide wiki of people who "hanged" themselves in their cars. I have no idea how they did it but they were successful. Not sure if the one guy used a ratchet strap or something.
