If I CTB in the back of my Semi Truck with SN, and I throw away the evidence, do you think it will still be ruled a "Suicide."

It would be way better for my dad and kids if it wasn't a suicide. I would do it in my truck to avoid hurting my dad, as I live in his house.

Dispatch would notice me not moving and have somebody check / find me by the next morning.

I was hoping this could pass as a "he passed in his sleep" kind of thing. I"m 40 y/o and relatively healthy but I smoke alot.
I was thinking about rolling the dice and ordering the SN to my dad's house and hope he doesn't ask about it. The biggest problem I have is getting the AE. Dramamine is probably unacceptable, correct?

Unfortunately SN leaves very clear signs like bluish skin, it's impossible to be ruled as a natural death.

I read that story about the college kid that CTB with SN and the coroner didn't rule it suicide. Plus that doctor dude that annotated the death of someone who used SN described the skin as Grayish / Blue. Probably just wishful thinking. If you think they will know, I guess I could just leave notes and go for it. Thx

Yeah, unfortunately the cyanosis makes it very unlikely that it'll be ruled "natural causes".

If you are found in your truck wouldn't they want to perform an autopsy for cause of death? I am sure that's what they do in my country. sorry to be morbid

Given a semi (tractor/trailer, however you view it) there are other possibilities given the GPS units that are in them. Like where you are, are you supposed to have a break given max hours/day/week/70hour--dispatch might not think much about you not being available unless you had a load scheduled for pickup/delivery. And may also depending on your load type, if any. It's possible that if your semi was in a rest area, they might not send someone instantly unless you had a pickup/delivery. If you had a load worth money--it's possible they'd think it was a robbery (but it'd still be obvious what happened), but that would be ruled out pretty quick. I'm assuming you have a truck with a sleeper, if you locked the doors, they'd have to break in, or be able to see you inside before they'd break in. But still, it would be obvious, and possibly just cause more of an investigation, just to wind up with ctb as the cause.
