As title says.

Im using Stan's guide as the outline.

Drugs I have are famotidine, ondansetron, domperidone and lorazepam

Can't find much info on domperidone dosage that would equal meto since it's a weaker drug. Any advice?

Was planning on using famotidine but then heard that it can't be used with domperidone. Good to ctb without antacid then or would this create problems?

I only have ondansetron because of my own mistake. Later found out that using domperidone and ondansetfon together can cause lethal heart issues. Think it would be good to do this as an extra ctb measure?

Would you take domperidone at the same time in the regimen that you would meto (45 min before SN), or does this need to be adjusted for the time that domperidone reaches peak concentration?

if using lorazepam to take the edge off, not pass out, does it matter when you take it, or does the standard 30 min before SN apply?

Thank you

Thanks so much. No propranolol as I use too many meds on a regular basis, don't think Id be able to convince a dr to get that for me

By any chance do you have any advice on the antacid with domperidone?

thanks again

I don't know domperidone but I can say u SN without medicines works. U probably will vomite first glass of SN and taking second glass is essential

I am also planning to use domperidone. I am going to use Nexium (esomeprazole) because I have found that doctors often prescribe this combination together and if I didn't have it I would use Omeprazole.

I keep seeing back and forth about if using an antacid is okay or not with dom. I read that PPIs aren't the right stomach acid affecting medication to use for the SN method though (whether using dom or not), only antacids like ranitidine and famotidine. Could you go into more detail about why you chose esomeprazole/PPI? Thank you

PPH mention as another option + easily available to me, as I mentioned I found that there is no interaction between Dom and Nexium and some study mention that after taking SN and placebo there was an acute blood pressure-lowering effect while after taking esomeprazole there wasn't, but levels in plasma were the same. Which I don't think it will be a problem maybe you'll just pass out later. But I'm not a scientist so probably better to find a chemist or doctor who understand this better than I do.
