Method CTB by choking

Hey guys. I think I have a good method. my method is to ctb by choking. I will be by myself too.

wow :o you're v brave for choosing to choke to ctb. can i ask why this method? since it's much slower & painful w much less info on it also, compared to all the others.

even though it's much slower, it's sometimes I can do easily. I can take the pain too.
