Crushing Propanolol in advance for SN? Good idea?

Hellu again!

I'm a newbie regarding this and was hoping for some guidance. I have Propanolol (10mg) and the SN routine asks for 400mg of Propanolol, which is 40 tablets. I have a small mortar and pestle, and it will take time to crush all 40 tablets.

I rather spend that time (40 min windows according to PPEH) cleaning up my stuff/traces, reset phone, throwing away stuff, and prepare SN.

• I was wondering if it's alright to crush Propanolol days/weeks/months in advance before the SN routine?
(I was thinking of crushing it and put it in a tiny travel jar to bring it ready-to-mix for the last step)

• Will Propanolol lose its potency/effects if crushed so early advance?

@GhostCat25 I have 400mg of Propranolol written down in my notes too (I collected a bunch of info over time about the SN method) but I started doubting I had that right as I know you get prescribed a lot less for anxiety. Do we really need 400mg?! I hope someone can come clear this up as I probably will use Propranolol if I can get hold of some but 400mg sounds like A LOT!
