• Hey Guest,

If you would still like to donate, you still can. We have more than enough funds to cover operating expenses for quite a while, so don't worry about donating if you aren't able. If you want to donate something other than what is listed, you can contact RainAndSadness.

I was told never to open a CRT because it could kill me. Well since this is what I'm looking for, what will happen? I have two 80's computer monitors, one standard crappy early 2000s TV and a Syncmaster 950p computer monitor. Also is it touching the tube that will kill me? Is it instant? how painful?

Thank you. Maybe if I keep it plugged in? Also the capacitor thing sounds complicated. I'm afraid it could trigger a circuit breaker or something. ugh...
