My mother passed away recently of cancer. I had to go to the crematorium to pick up her ashes. I was handed a box with a clear plastic bag inside containing her ashes. The box was surprisingly heavy, The amount of ashes was a lot, pink, the texture of corn flakes. I put the box in the passenger's seat of my car and drove home. I had the certain feeling, I knew, she was riding home with me in the back seat. She was just very matter of factly sitting there in the back of the car with me.
That night, I put the box in the kitchen on the table. I was sitting in the living room late at night, and a white orb the size of a basketball floated out of the kitchen near the ceiling, gradually and slowly moved across the room and went into her doorway to her bedroom. I went in and looked around but the orb was gone.
The next night, again I saw the big white orb, slightly translucent, float out of her bedroom, float around near the ceiling, and go into the bathroom briefly, come out, and float back into the kitchen. I had the odd but definite feeling it was my mother, looking around for her cat, who was in the pet hospital at that time. She adored her cat and had missed her terribly in her last days when she was in hospice.
There were other odd things happening like this too.
