Help Countries with easy access to SN?

I know Poland is one, I've also heard people say Brazil, are there any others/realistically how easy is it to obtain SN in these countries?

I live in Eastern Europe, it's very easy to obtain SN here. You can order it via internet normally.

Hey all, so I emailed a polish seller (who is reputable, atleast, within the chemistry community) and he said SN is not allowed to be shipped outside of Poland, right now at least. Is this a universal Polish thing? Anyone else have trouble recently getting SN from Poland? Any recent laws? I...

I just checked a few stores selling it and it still seems to work with no problems, there's no info or warnings added so it should be fine
