I function generally quite sharply with 6, when I was on the streets I was the most effective if I got this window of sleep cycles. On 4 I'm rather on 45% of my capabilities. But I'm so chronically sleep deprived I've adapted. Too much sleep it's groggy.

Hm i see yeah, that makes sense. Have you thought of maybe getting food underlayers to prevent the cold hitting your bones? Second hand ski underlays are great for this.
