It is raw beef mixed with bulgur and spices. Very good. I preferred it over even shawarma. Nothign like it

i've always wondered about traditional raw meat dishes (when you first mentioned this, i imagined you just gnawing on a full raw steak). humans have known for a very long time that meat is safer cooked/smoked/cured/etc. and before modern storage raw meat must have been very risky. i wonder why it managed to hold as relevant food in multiple cultures

When I used to rarely eat meat i liked mine to taste like shoe leather so i know it's cooked. But it's an interesting recipe.

I did use to in fact just gnaw on full raw steak, steal uncooked minced meat from the kitchen, eat raw bacon, and all that kind of stuff because I am insane. But I also liked the proper dishes
however dishes with raw meat are "cooked" with salt and spices. We add a lot of spices and that makes it normally safe. I imagine it survived because it is the best possible way to have meat, cooked meat could never

well, it's random, without them it's either I'm not able to fall asleep, or I wake up every 30min, but on rare occasions I'm able to sleep normally. I use them with benzos so I can relax (which I don't have any left either lmao (well I do have xan left but... expired). But no, unfortunately, I don't have any prescription left for them so..... need to see my doc asap.

Well that's good that at least with the combination of meds you find long lasting sleep. But being out of both is double ouchie yeah. To my knowledge there isn't much risk with expired xan but be careful. And i hope you see your doctor soon.

let's say they... help me stay asleep, but I woke up even more tired than I was before. I don't know how it's possible, and I don't know how people feel refreshed after a night of sleep, a true mystery to my eyes. I'm like a zombie each time I open my eyes— if I'm even able to open them that is.
I think I'll try a couple of expired xan, couldn't be so wrong. But always kept my expired one just in case— guess that's the right time to try it out!

Basically we are a bunch of insomniacs here. Getting more then 4 hours of sleep? Without waking up. Damn. Be careful with those expired xan.
