sintic script only is angular now though due to modern tech/euro influence; it was all brush calligraphy before and was very very alive looking:

even this example is relatively angular as if not mistaken it's using a western fountain pen
oh lol i meant the opposite; here's another example of how with common handwriting, things can get fairly rounded:121,873
huh~ wow~ I guess westerners are the main people who created less angular writing then~ it probably has something to do with what they used to write on~ Angular writing would be easier on tablets~ I know that the Chinese wrote on turtle shells at one point~ :)
