PM can be either chat or conversation, same with dm
Chat is found with the word bubble symbol by the search bar in the upper right, but you might not have it unlocked yet, idk, you have a low number of messages but an old account, so it's a coin toss.
Conversations are stylized just like this forum is, and most people prefer it because it's easier to share things like images in.

Thanks!! That really helpful. I made my account back then when I was in previous depressive episode but it's so unfamiliar I gave up. I just recently try this forum again and ends up quite enjoying it XD.
