112,610 howdy, fixed a windows 10 system with system restore, a "reset and keep my files" ended up looping so I shut it down and on reboot it had a "failed to load sign in" error... then it rebooted as if it was joking and worked

Did you hear that Valve is going to be releasing an Operating System? It's being catered to gaming, but will be of general use, too.
They want to destroy Microsoft, I guess, lol.

112,612 Steam OS :) ... at least with linux when it breaks it doesn't give options that don't work, like "reset to cloud"... and online tutorials help fix it. sometimes on windows, the tutorial doesn't help

I've always been too much of a goober to try Linux, and Apple...just makes me mad XD
I will give Steam OS a shot someday, I think. Why not?
It's not like Windows comes with any free programs anymore.

I'm mostly using linux, only use windows occasionally to play itch.io games (and other simple stuff), but even then... they have good browser games... and I sometimes end up browsing the web, which I could do on Linux anyway

112,622 Some probably do think we are paid actors. However many seem to find novel ways to misunderstand, contradict and throw shade on science instead.

Haha, fair enough. I remember seeing this news piece on Flerfs, and they found an Australian one and introduced her to some American ones and they immediately rejected her. as one of them. She was so sad.
