Do you have any hobbies/interests/goals that help you? I dont really have any. Like i have reading and watching movies but I go through phases where i dont have the energy to even do them.

Gaming was something I'd enjoyed since childhood until anhedonia took it from me though I was still using it as an outlet until the guy I made mention of left (we would game together).

As for goals, I have none as I see no future for myself.
