It's the worst, I have them daily. Panic attacks usually involve your body reacting and panicking to whatever triggered it. So heavy breathing, blurry vision, shaking. Anxiety attacks are mostly more subtile. You're almost numb from everything in your mind overwhelming you. Leading to like dissociation for example, emotional numbness or action paralysis. So it depends what you're trying to calm down first.

Okay good because i tend to rant.
Mentally do you like feel your taken back somewhere, or certain things flashing in your mind, words for your case? Otherwise yeah it sounds like anxiety attacks. Have you noticed anything that brings it on?

That does sound like dp. But do you think the dp is bringing on the anxiety, or is the anxiety bringing it on? That could be useful to spot. And compare how much, or little, and when you feel like each one if they don't only present together.
I was thinking trauma response but doesn't sound like a flashback. Unless it's maybe a hidden one, some can only be felt by senses, bodily reaction or such. Idk possible.
yeah that's why i asked if you see/sense anything or such during the moments.
I have ptsd flashbacks daily, and after them I suffer with bad dissociation. Eventually drawing, or making origami or doing the dishes, all very manual activities can help being me out of it. Kind of grounds you. That's what i was told helps to get you out of that brain fog. Could work.

I have what Boddibo describes: the physical sensations and mental state, including aphantasia. This all stems from (C)PTSD, and I don't have flashbacks as much. I've also been diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder.

i was fortunate not to have flashbacks, i just........ dissociate for whatever unknown reason (probably just really bad anxiety because, as one of my therapists said 'you're so anxious that you think about every outcomes on an event that is not even sure to be happening'
@MissAbyss i still don't think i suffer from any kind of PTSD, despite having well traumas which lead my therapist to suggest PTSD, but it's never triggered by something that is even remotely close to what I've been through
