uhhh, only having words in my head,
my memories aren't made with images so I tend to forget things easily (well, depression is not helping my memory that's for sure)
and if I try to 'remember' how people look like it's like really basic things related to them, I can't even describe the people I know well, I often miss changes about ppl, or sometimes i'm just like 'i feel like something is different' but i could never point out what

when I learnt it wasn't the norm to 'not see in your head' or 'not visualize things', i was bamboozled


sorry it's really hard to describe what i think about in english rn i'm fucking tired

That's really interesting. I'm curious to how it would be like to not have memories in images but rather words. It reminds me of how blind people dream of colours and shades of light. Fascinating how the human mind adapts and changes depending on the person.

It's a hard thing to describe (lol) because it's not like the inner voice I have telling my memories, it's like keywords being spread in my head when I think about something, and yet you'll see my eyes wandering around like I'm 'looking for something in my mind' despite not being able to visualize anything (probably a way to focus myself? idk), I'd honestly love to fully understand how my own thinking and memory process work

That's interesting. I can imagine it's hard to explain or even describe for others to understand. I read I can't remember where that a person who was deaf imagined her "inner mind" or just memories as if they were in a library. Because she associates the place being as silent as her life is through others perspective. So I can image maybe with less visual descriptive factors you own mind space maybe could be explained.
