yup, pixel by pixel. I use a software called aseprite. It is a paid software but its source code is publicly available. Meaning you can legally own it for free if you download the source code and compile it yourself.

Either the keywords didn't trip a filter (in my chat, false negatives and false positives are somewhat common), or the filter wasn't even applied coz the user had enough postcount and account age (my chat filters apply to me, the operator... too, tho when I'm online the filters don't kick, just alert me... coz I'm smarter than my own filters)

Additionally, that user making such accusations needs to be removed, and denied re-entry, if that hasn't happened.

No idea, maybe? All I was notified of was that he got a warning when I reported it, but it disappointed me a lot. If that doesn't deserve an instant permaban idk what does.
