Yeah they're the worst. It amazes me how many customers think minimum wage employees are responsible for the prices of products, its like "hey dumb fuck, it's the idiots that just sit in an office doing nothing making millions/billions a year that are responsible for that."

Yeah it's quite bizarre. My dad is like that, he recently tried to talk me into joining the armed forces because it'd be an honour to serve king Charles
like bruh King Charles couldn't give a shit about me, he sits in a castle all day and offers nothing to society. Then when that didn't work he said i should come live with him (like 5 hours away) and work as an electrician because that's a "real man's job" even though ive told him I tried going that route before and didn't enjoy it. I'm convinced a lot of people are simply happy with being miserable and passing it on to the next generation

Ugh god the army talk. I was a awful teenager and my mom told me I needed discipline and tried to bring that up. (I was depressed and suicidal
) It's absolutely insane we are raised to have a "dream" job. What the actual fuck. I was so stupid to think having a career was going to make me happy lmao. The reality check I had as an adult when I realized that I was working to make someone else money while I barely survived to get there everyday!!

Literally. I was always lost. Everyone else had all these 4-6 year college plans and I didn't even know how to apply lol. I did eventually go to college which was a complete waste of time because I didn't even end up pursuing it. I became a vet tech and worked for 6 months, quit and never did it again lol. That job traumatized me and I hated working long hours.74,890
