Just watched part 2 of programme about the Peter falconi murder and the innocent man they convicted for it 'Bradley Murdoch'

It was very interesting as it quickly became clear that the wrong man was in jail and the real killer had slipped through the net!

What kind of evidence was there to suggest that he wasn't the real killer? I know that a lot of Australians dont think he did it.

A independent IT analyser studied the very cheap grainy CCTV of Murdoch at a nearby service station and concluded that it wasn't him,the Prosecution had claimed it was at his trial, a lot of information in his favour wasn't revealed to the jury,the victim's girlfriend 'Joanne lees' kept changing her mind on the identification of the suspect she only saw for 4/5 seconds and admitted that she was stoned when she saw him and 2 witnesses in a town a hour away swear 100% they saw Peter falconi the next day in their store!

Well that's fucking depressing. Eye witness testimony is appalling. I couldn't imagine spending years in jail for something I didnt do. I think Murdoch has cancer now.

When dog's go out for a walk and they sniff other dog's pee they get all the info they need about the dog who did the pee and on to the next patch of pee, that's a dog reading it's p-mails
