Yeah THIS I have done as well. Because the weird thing is when your in keto you don't crave carbs anymore so you basically fast without feeling hungry. So the natural thing to do is to go too far thinking that you'll lose weight faster.

My diet is the see food diet. I see food i eat it. Honestly i think id be looking like homer simpson right now if it wasn't for me liking fruit as well as junk food .

Yes l could see 3 different firework displays from my front window, and there was a 'HUGE' 1 hour display in the memorial park 2.5miles from the area l currently live in!
