Hey everyone

I've been reading the forum for a while now and after having my heart broken one last time I've decided to end my suffering.

Full hanging was gonna be my method. I'd experimented with partial but that damn SI kept kicking in. So I found the place, the setup, got tipsy, took some sleeping pills (not melatonin) and was ready to go but just couldn't take that one step. I was sitting on that branch for almost half an hour..

I don't want this life anymore. My next attempt could be CO or SN. I live in the UK.

I'm sorry you're suffering this way. I attempted a partial last night. I thought I had a rope long enough and it was a couple inches short. I understand your frustration and hope you find your peace soon.

Not your time buddies. Thats not failure. I think its like watching the best scenes from favourite movie. You dont have to see the ending. I think when we dont follow through its more because we are just looking at parts of our ctb plan that we like but not really looking to watch the ending. I partial hang often but I realise now I am nowhere near actually ending it at this time. Maybe one day or maybe never, I dont know.

I get where you're coming from but I just don't have the will to continue anymore. Even if one day I started feeling better, I'd wanna quit.
I'll try again soon. Maybe with more booze..

Because of factors like the SI, it can be hard to take our lives as we are programmed to live. I'm sorry you are suffering so much, living can be painful.

I've never really considered hanging.

However, full hanging, ie dropping from that branch and snapping your neck, could leave you alive and paralysed.

Then you'd be really fucked.

Maybe consider looking into partial hanging, instead?

From what I've found out here, there's very little chance for surviving full suspension IF everything's done right.
