Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

found that if I just start repeating mantras and do deep breathing whenever I think something negative, which is most times I think, I can stop spirals before they start. that and if I remind myself that I don't really matter. despite coping well, I've been thinking about ghosting my community and trying to find new friends, to be happier, which I don't really think would help but I can't help but think about impulsively every so once in a while. anyone have experience with this? I kind of want to die as well, but I promised I wouldn't.
