Convince to jump

how do i convince myself to jump? I've tried to die so many ways but i've never tried this. There is no rooftop to help me only small windows to jump from and it makes it X2 as hard. I need to get it over with. Please. How does one do it

I could probably never convince myself to jump, I have a fear of heights. I believe that I would never choose this method. Of course suicide is very difficult because the survival instinct is determined to keep us suffering, but I believe that many people are able to overcome this when they reach the point of desperation and the pain of living gets to be unbearable. Do you have access to some drugs like heroin or others?they could help you get stoned at just the right point to jump....if i had it last summer i'm pretty sure i would have succeeded.But if you are very afraid of jumping or of heights in general ... I don't think it's a good method for you...small windows suck a lot,you have to be' careful with the position

You don't convince yourself to jump, if your brain is holding you back then seek out other methods.

I'm terrified of heights. The most I could ever do is stand on the edge. I couldn't bring myself to jump, it's sort of a primal fear. If you have to convince yourself, maybe it's not for you, as it isn't for me.

I know this isn't what you're looking for at the moment but lots of people think they can die by jumping off a 5 story building and just end up crippling themselves. If you haven't please look up the stats for survival rates from different heights and consider what type of surface you'll be landing on. Landing on a car could cushion your fall.

How high are you jumping from? And what might you land on? A read about a car who landed on a car in the middle of the roof and it broke his hall and he survivied but he seveeraly damaged the car and had to pay for it. Many people jump and land on other people and kill them- it's a long shot but there are many stories about this.

Watch some videos of people jumping on theync.com or kaotic.com - if it doesn't bother you then you're gtg, if it does find another method.

Personally I don't think I'd ever want to jump. It has a likelyhood of causing a lot of pain. If you jump off a bridge, usually you break your legs on impact with the water and thus can't tread water and end up drowning (there was a documentary on the golden gate bridge about this). If you jump off of a building onto pavement or similar, you have a chance of hitting someone else on the way down. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want my last act to cause bodily harm to anyone else. Personally, I'm going with SN as primary and Night Night for backup.

It will need to be at least a 4th or 5th storey window, and tall buildings have locking windows for exactly this reason. Jump from too low and you'll probably break your legs but you're unlikely to die.

I'm also afraid of heights. I wanted to jump off a cliff - I drove for hours to get there, but I was too scared to even stand on the edge!

I went to some very high cliffs once. It was more than high enough to do the job.
Walked close to the edge, just couldn't do it. I even drank a few beers at this cliff, as there was no-one around for miles, still I couldn't bring myself to do it. I wouldn't try that again.

Me too. Went to 2 high buildings. Knew it would do the job. But i had to be quick and i just couldn't.
