I would want to not be anything at all. The thought of reincarnation is absolutely horrifying, but I don't believe in it so it doesn't scare me. As long as someone exists they are capable of suffering to such great extents. Being born into a world like this really is such an awful thing to happen, no matter the life lived. Non existence will always be preferable and to permanently cease to exist is all that I want.

Definitely wouldn't want to be any human of any race. Kind of admire the kick ass temperament of the honey badger- takes on lions, eats scorpions- must be cool to be that confident. If this really happened, if I were aware of my death and that somehow I was "still alive" wherever I was, I would not hesitate to speak to the person in charge of the business in order to have a serious discussion about my situation...

Not as a human being. I'd love to be an Orca. They are amazingly similar to humans in a lot of things - albeit living in the ocean, of course - as they live in societies, have language, culture, play, are creative and inventing, have deep, long-lasting bonds, a massive brain, much bigger than humans with a huge chunk of it used to process emotions. They are the better humans, if you will. Orcas don't exploit, don't care about constant growth, the amount of share dividends to be paid out the next quarter and don't destroy the environment they live in. Instead, they live as part of the environment, with it, as nature demands.

Well, according to Google, mayflies have the shortest lifespan, so I'd like to be that. If it has to be a human, then uh, maybe a Canadian male, since I think they're going to have assisted suicide for people with mental illnesses about next year. I'm not really sure though since I just looked it up online and barely read through the articles, so don't quote me on that.
