Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've been slightly going crazy since my girlfriend broke up with me 2 months ago. Every Morning I wake up just feeling hopeless without her and for the rest of the day I go from being super happy one minute to pure sadness the next and it constantly changes like that. I never was able to get my hand on SN or anything like that so I never had a proper attempt. I did cut sometimes as a "stress reliver" but after going too deep a few weeks ago (and thinking I went through a vein there was so much blood) I haven't until tonight. I want her back so bad but I know she won't be coming back so I know deep down I need to stop these feelings of love I still have for her but I can't. I've pushed all of my family away and barely interact with them which I feel so bad for doing but I just can't speak to anyone except my friends (or customers at my job) without being near tears and I don't know why. I feel like I failed them all. I want to get past all these bad feelings but I just don't know what to do. If anyone wants to talk or anything my discord is sonnymedia. I hope you all are having a good night/day

(also another bit of info is I'm moving to the city where my ex lives in less than a month for university so that's great right..)

Break up pain usually comes in waves. Over time the waves hit with less and less intensity. What can really help is learning to avoid people that will hurt you in the same way in the future. Getting good and understanding and reading people can be a way to avoid things going south in the future.

Self reflection can also be useful if you can identify any characteristic in yourself that needs improvement. Pain can be useful if it helps motivate us to learn or make changes. For example, you might ask yourself what indicators you could have seen that would have told you that she was likely to break up with you.
