Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My school is 5 floors and there are sort of balconies separating each floor so you can see every floor from anywhere in the building. i want to jump off the 5th at lunch right as everyone's in the main areas. i want to send a message.

what is the chance for survival and what would be the best way to go down to ensure death on impact

they don't care about us. all they care about is numbers, rankings and looking good. they don't care about the students at all. it's so toxic and i'm tired of it. i don't care if it's selfish. they need to see that the problems don't just go away if you ignore them.
not even if it's headfirst?

Save yourself the trouble from the rest. Life beyond that is even less of a care. As an adult suicide? they don't care.
kid sure, adult, nope.

The need to make others see, experience, and even hurt with your suffering is something I understand. But with the high possibility that you'll survive— even from striking head first— it isn't worth it. Corporations and similar bodies of power are cancerous, but is it really worth it to maybe die to spite an entity that wouldn't care as you say they do? And in how many years would you be free from school? There might be potentially something out there for you. I can understand though if you feel otherwise, my most suicidal points have been in school. It would just suck to hear you die in such a horrible way for nothing

I've heard 150m is the minimum when you're jumping to ensure lethality.
The only way I can see a public suicide being done with a high probability of death and without physically harming bystanders is with a gun, and in this day and age you'd probably be labelled as some Columbine wannabe in death, nor would I encourage you to bring a gun to school except for self protection.

The thing is you really don't have any control about how you land. Too many variables. As another poster said, too much likelihood of surviving, possibly ending up even worse than you are right now, at least in terms of physical health. You may end up in such a condition that you won't be able to ever try and CTB again - think living in a nursing home, being fed by a nasty nurses aide and having your arse wiped. Doesn't sound fun to me.

There's a good chance that you'll survive this and as other people have already said, just end up much worse off than where you were before. Since you'll be doing it in a public place with a lot of people around, you'll most likely just get "saved" and then forcefully hospitalized which is gonna end up costing upwards of thousands of dollars if you live in the US. I really suggest that you don't do this.

If I had the courage to jump I would certainly look for somewhere much higher than that, 5 floors sounds risky and like it could just lead to injuries. Failing jumping certainly sounds so horrible to me.

Maybe the right question is:
- do you want to make a point / send a message?
- do you want to CTB?
Trying to do both at the same time, I think is ill advised and IMO, a bit immature.
