just wanted to say I showered today for the first time in a month.

I think it would be helpful for some people if this site specifically had a thread/forum similar to congrats like I'm five on reddit. If there's already something like that on here someone pls link it for me and I'll edit this post.

I don't know why it is "wrong" to congratulate other adults in a way that makes them feel proud of their achievements. It's like only children get this reinforcement (When they do get it) while adults are left to get progressively worse mentally until they become president or something.

Anyway, mama bear will always be proud of any hardships the cubs in here go, because mama knows how hard life is. I love all of you and you all deserve encouragement towards being better and feeling better *bear hug*

It may not be much, but just by reading it, your brain is processing it, and when you realize it, mama's in your head, hugging every one of those tired neurons.
