Method Confirming no one in usa got welfare check for sn?

Hi just wanted to check that no one got welfare checks in the USA for purchasing sn either from overseas or locally?

No welfare check here and we ordered in December and had it late January we think. We have only heard of someone in TX receiving a welfare check, but no other state for just ordering.
