Anyone here experience it as torture, not just another change in the weather?

it's 16 celsius in my flat and 9celsius outside it's the oppsite for me i think the summer is torture i like the temputure around this time of year so long as it doesn't drop below 5c outside definitely prefer the winter time over the summer time
