  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I've heard of cases where people got a couple of portable generators and, in a small enclosed space, left them running for a CO2 poisoning. Thought??

Generators are both expensive and sort of loud. This includes the smaller inverter generators. Also, check into/read up on EPA and CARB approve generators (which are most of them nowadays) These have lower emissions and may or may not do the trick. If that's not enough, most of them have automatic CO shutoff if the CO output does get high enough. Did I mention high probability of brain damage if you fail?

There are other ways to generate CO. Investigate a little. I agree about EPA and Carb compliance. Auto CO shutoff features can be bypassed or disabled. I think there are better ways than generators. Just my 2 cents.

Agreed. It's actually not too hard to find a generator that has no CO shutoff option to begin with. Those with no shutoff have higher probability to not be CARB certified either . CARB more stringent than EPA certification.
