Considering CO method and wondering if this will be enough? There are lots of starter kits available online - this one comes with 2kg of briquettes - are the briquettes sufficient or would I need coals instead? I'm currently reading the mega thread but wanted some more opinions…
My rough idea from what I've read - is book a hotel ideally with outside space (such as a cabin in forest/nature) or hotel room with a balcony so I can light the bbq outside on the balcony- probably at night so I have less chance of being spotted. Burn the bricks and let them stop smoking/burning red, (white in colour)? then empty into a steel bucket, place on some bricks to stop the surface burning. Bring this into the hotel bathroom, tape up the gaps along the doorframe and any air vents if im able to reach them.. drink alcohol/take benzos or propranolol. Lie down in bed that I will have made on the floor or in the bath and wait.
Sorry for the word dump
does this sound even remotely ok? I don't have a car. Im not planning this anytime soon.. hopefully next summer as it makes more sense, seasonally, and also gives me more time to plan and deal with my loose ends before I go.
If anyone could give me feedback I would appreciate it. Thanks
I should add that I have actually had CO poisoning before. I lived in a house where there was a leak. I went to work the next day and left work sick with severe headache, nausea and dizziness. By the time I got home there was a maintenance guy there, my boyfriend's mum had called him out because everyone was sick with CO poisoning symptoms. The guy said if we had not all left for work early that day and carried on sleeping for a few more hours, we would have all been dead.
My headache symptoms wore off after a few hours and I felt fine. So I know if I fail my symptoms shouldn't be permanent (hopefully?) if this doesn't work I'll go with SN. Sorry for sounding so clueless:
