Cloudflare is Blocking Tor Browser

Cloudflare was previously allowing sanctioned-suicide.net from Tor browser and now it blocks it. Is there a reason why? Are other people having this issue? It's a very new issue.
I know a recent ddos attack happened which made the site go down for a bit so often times when this happens when the site gos up again, I think the site makes cloudfare comes to check your connection to combat the attack. I know previous people had this issue whenever this happened here:
Earlier today I was able to log on through DuckDuckGo. I am from the UK and use a VPN. I tried to log on as usual this evening and I got a message saying the site had to check I was a human. Had to check the box and there was a message about CloudFlare. It kept going round in circles, not...

maybe the DDoS was using Tor unfortunately? But even still, after a cool off period Cloudflare might unblock Tor.... unless the owners changed the settings or smth
Update, it takes me to a Cloudflare checkbox, but after checking and waiting twice, and getting a 3rd box after more delay, it appears to be a buggy Cloudflare loop
Update 2: I check it out of curiousity and it lets me in, 45 mins later (wasn't checking it dozens of times, dw)... idk what cloudflare did then, maybe glitch?
