Christmas music makes me insane.

I hate going into the mall or going into a clothing store and hearing constant and constant Christmas music. It makes me want to drink. I swear to god, I don't even care about all the lights and decorations. I love those. But when I hear the never ending sound of Christmas music, it just drives me off the walls.

I typically don't mind leaving my house and driving out to the store and walk around and get a coffee, but now they are blaring christmas music.

You want to know the pinnacle of a capitalistic individualist society? Look no further than what people do during Black Friday or shopping period around the holidays. Holidays now like Christmas portrays nothing but egoism and hypocrisy. Let's be charitable for one time of the year to make ourselves feel good and then right after we're done we'll charity-shame you for the rest.

Actually I love Christmas. Holidays are my sanctuary. Then I take a break from work as long as possible and I travel home to my parents. I don't do anything special, only relax. It's good for me, I get away from the cruel world. I dread the day my parents are no longer around. Then Christmas will be bad.

The problem with malls and Christmas music is that they start so early playing it. By the time Christmas actually arrives I'm fed up with it:-)
