Method Choking on vomit as a method?

Does this sound like a bad idea?

I thought that maybe at the end of the year around Christmas, I might try and drink myself to death by drinking so much I start vomiting and "accidently" pass on from my parents. It will still hurt them but not as directly as most other methods, but I think it could be a miserable way to go. Does anyone have any insight or experiences with how agonizing my death would be if I went along with this?

A member of my family died in his mid 20s by swallowing his tongue when completely smashed on alcohol. He did not choke on vomit to my knowledge, just swallowed his tongue while he was passed out at night. I have no idea if he woke up and was aware but the scene did not suggest this, he was just found dead on a sofa in the morning but the autopsy found he'd swallowed tongue due to levels of alcohol in his system and nothing else was involved. I do think this was more of a freak though than a realistic method (he was a very sustained heavy drinker) and even if you were successful, it would traumatise your parents no end as it did to his family. I'd suggest looking for other methods away from the home if you can, or of course see if life improves for you. I wish you well.

Lol this sounds like the worst idea ever. A few years ago, I took several hundred digoxin tablets. I didn't know that I needed to take anti-emetics and I threw up when I passed out, after I just woke up with a foam of vomit in my nose, in my mouth and I inhaled it a little. The acid from the stomach slightly damaged the mucous membrane and this is not very pleasant. I then spit up pus from my lungs for another week.

Not really reliable, yes it can happen even to people who consumed too much alc but very unliable as a "safe" method. What would gurantee you you'll vomit at all while beging unconscious? I Suggest to look into wayx better methods im the Suicide Resource Compilation sould ctb be your true desire in any case.

Sounds like a horrible way to go. And probably will fail.

That's a very painful way to go and very unreliable. had a family member die that way, they got revived a bit after, they said it was pure suffering

So many people died this way by choking on their own vomit, but I think that it will be practically impossible to implement this method deliberately. And + this is perhaps the most disgusting method of death))) I have everything to go with SN and even metoclopramide, anaprilin and zofran and a small electronic scale I have already bought, but given my terrible experience of a failed attempt, I feel hesitant and afraid of vomiting. Damn now this is my phobia that paralyzes me. I will probably prefer the inert gas and exit bag method. You'd better consider adequate methods like inert gas or partial hanging
