The biggest sin that exists is the restriction of choice. No one can give us false hope, any more than they can give us reasons to commit something. Only we can decide what we are feeling, what we are going through and what we should do...

Society restricts us to this. Try to explain how you feel and are treated like crazy, they give you sessions with psychologists, take you to the hospital and in some cases, they admit you. Try to vent deeply and it is labeled as a suicidal depressive, they isolate themselves from you because they believe that this is something negative. All this to maintain the tradition that "life should be valued"... and extreme suffering, regardless of the cases, should be too?

We are ordinary beings, who maybe were just born on the wrong planet, or at the wrong time.

They restrict our choice so that they can virtue-signal about 'saving a life'. They then block their ears when we speak the truth from our perspective so they can sustain their positivity bias. In other words, they are looking out for themselves the whole time.

No one should ever be taken to a hospital against their will, in my opinion, unless they were a danger to others. I have heard that in the U.K. sometimes people are sent right home after attempts, but in the u.s you are likely to be kept 3 or more likely 5 days or more against your will, which could cause you to lose your job and make everything that much worse. Some people through bad luck end up having so many things go wrong that eventually they can't fix their lives, and they should be allowed to move on to the next life (I know some people believe there isn't a next life, but I do believe that our soul lives on after our body dies).

That's the key right there. Society turned to be sociopathic (talk about irony huh) and people only care for themselves. How come one can live all his life in an apartment building full of other people and not knowing a single thing about their next door neighbors?

Negativity such as depression or loneliness are disregarded constantly until is too late.

I do think that some people who haven't had depression don't really understand- it is true that many people who are depressed really will be better off to not ctb because there is real hope in thier lives, but it's equally true that many people are better off to ctb. It's not easy to tell the difference from the outside- or even for the person at first.

that's what I always say. How can people get along with each other in this way? Every day thousands of people walk among themselves, 90% of the time they don't even look in the other's face... how can someone be so blind?

Society progressed in the wrong way, everything was supposed to be different...

Wanting suicide can be a perfectly rational response to someone coming to the conclusion that their life is not worth living. However many people live in denial of the fact that things can get that hopeless that one would consider suicide and they dismiss those who are suicidal as always being irrational, they are 'mentally ill'. Of course the society tries to force us to live by taking away the peaceful methods, but we do have choice in regards to suicide, as if someone is certain in their desire to ctb, there is nothing you can really do to stop them.
