The above accusations are not exactly surprising for the world's first full-fledged mafiocratic state of Russia. Even by Russia's horrible human rights standards, Ramzan Kadyrov happens to be a viciously notorious thug.
Ramzan Kadyrov's right hand man happens to be another extremely vile thug, Magomed Tushayev, his so-called "General" who headed the 141st Motorized Regiment of the Kadyrov Guard.
Magomed Tushayev was a special part of the unprovoked, brutal, barbaric and bloody invasion of the peaceful, sovereign democratic nation of Ukraine. He and his Chechen hit squad of detestable thugs were sent in to Ukraine by Poo-tin with the objective of murdering the top officials of the democratically elected government led by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, including Zelenskyy himself and his family.
Reports have emerged that Magomed Tushayev was killed by the exceptionally heroic defenders of Ukraine near Kyiv. His unit of Chechen thugs was also reported to be wiped out, tanks and all.

Magomed Tushayev is widely reported to be the creature who was responsible for, and directly supervised the widespread torture, disappearances and killings of gay people in Chechnya, on the orders of Ramzan Kadyrov.
Russia happens to be a dangerous place in the world for gay people, and Chechnya, even more so.
