Before joining this form I'd tried to kill myself in three different ways
1 was a impulsive od that wasn't ever going to work.
2 before I came here using portable bbqs
3 tried to hyperventaile and cause shallow water drowning after first joining (it seemed simpler enough)
since joining I've gone on to enquire sn and metro (just not the mad boss valuim you need i have a packet of 5mg ill never be able to get much more doctors simpley won't give them.
My bbq attempt was with 2 in a small garage I never lost conusiness and stayed with them after litining till giving up over 8 hours later and burning my fingers stupidly. I didn't feel anything wrong at all till the next day when I got a horrible cough and my bones just seemed to ache I only came across this site after this.
The problem was the garage was so small and unvented I didn't see how a car would have made much difference so I was scared off using it, looking around I decided on helium until finding out how hard it would be to set up and then equired the sn needed.
I was all set with this methored but the horror stories lately around sn have really thrown me off I was aware sn would be "uncomfortable"
but from my early readings it never seemed more then not. I don't want my last minuets to be unbearable pain and then possibly wake up for some reason.
I am conflicted and scared and don't know how to contuine anymore I need to ctb very soon but I feel like I've gone in a full circle.
If there is anyone who did sn and was saved that can give me there account of what it was like I would appreciate it.
While I thought my sorted I was quite content but now it feels it is slipping away I am struggling.
