Certain Snake venom for peaceful suicide

I remember years ago I watch a documentary where there was a specific type of snake that would bit someone and you would feel nothing.

You can continue on as nothing happened. 4 hours later you instantly die. Does anyone know what type of snake this may be because I forgot?

Yes I thought it was the Indian Krait

Indian Krait bites are said to be largely painless. Unfortunately this means people sometimes do not realise they have been bitten or do not take a bite seriously. There is also often a significant delay before any symptoms occur, such as facial paralysis and stomach cramps an hour or two after.
As kraits are nocturnal hunters there have been many cases where people have been bitten in their sleep. Often these people have not realised and some have died without ever waking up.

This look like it would be a method of CTB, since its bites are fairly painless. Plus it sounds like you would die in your sleep if you were bitten by one. Though I kinda get the hibby jibbies from snakes.

Oh you mean this little guy? Yeah he has tetrodotoxin, you don't want that blocking your sodium channels.

I saw a comment in a thread here last year that they contact someone in South Asia to buy a snake with deadly venom. Didn't mention what will be the effects. The plan was travel there, pay, and let the snake bite him I think.

Can't really remember the precise details but that's the idea. I don't know if it's successful.
