Similar to other opioids: falling asleep -> respiratory depression -> dead, especially with benzos and alcohol.

In unconsciousness or just before, you will most likely vomit. By then it will be too late.

In relation to heroin, (pure) heroin is more lethal because of its lower therapeutic index. This means that when you calculate the dose of carfentanil, you have to take the therapeutic index into consideration. But yes, carfentanil is a killer in its own right.

Because the dying process. Elephant tranq makes SN look like a joke. This was something I knew before asking just wanted to verify.

Im doing pain pills and the high feels like total bliss. So I can imagine that it will not be painful. Even if you vomit, have a seizure or something you will be unconscious already and unable to feel a thing.
Had a friend tried to kill herself with iv heroin, claimed she passed out before she even finished pushing the plunger. Another pair of addicts (this I dont 100% trust but whatever) claimed to have carfentanyl and said it was so potent initially they could get high off a few grains of it.

No that's accurate. If I remember correctly it's the same thing or really close. And those few grains can actually be enough to kill you. You really don't need much of this stuff. That's why I want it.
